Mark Herman

Mark Herman’s background is extensive—over 30 years of experience, including restaurant turnaround success. Mark has opened over 1200 food service facilities ranging from independent restaurants to major chains and franchises, including cafeterias, catering and banquet operations, hotels and bars. No job is too large or too small and each is tailored to the customer’s specific needs and desires.

Mark Herman is not only technically skilled, but a true professional who can provide you with advice that is invaluable in enhancing your success, which is the Ultimate Goal.

Christian Cruz

With 10+ years of experience in FoodService, Hospitality, Salesmanship, and Management; Christian Cruz is the newest member to join MSH Consulting Group. Born in Mexico and raised in North Carolina, Christian has helped develop, through Training Techniques, many restaurants in North Carolina. Christian will teach and oversee administering ServSafe exams as a Registered Proctor and Certified Instructor. He will specialize in Food Safety Manager Training, Food Handler Training and ServSafe Alcohol Training. Christian’s passion is to teach clients the ServSafe fundamentals in order to understand and follow day to day.
