Mark Herman

Mark Herman’s background is extensive—over 30 years of experience, including restaurant turnaround success. Mark has opened over 1200 food service facilities ranging from independent restaurants to major chains and franchises, including cafeterias, catering and banquet operations, hotels and bars. No job is too large or too small and each is tailored to the customer’s specific needs and desires.

Robert Herman

Robert is a Food Service Professional who has been in the Hospitality Industry for over 20 years. His career began humbly in Restaurant Operations and flourished with every progressive step leading to his degree in Hospitality Management from the University of North Carolina in Greensboro, which started the foundation for his systematic knowledge and analytical thought process that is applied to every project, be they Design, Concept Development, Staff Hiring/Training, Systems Development and
Implementation or Turn-Around Strategy. Robert’s operational career includes National Brands such as Darden, Cheesecake Factory, and Brinker International. Robert is a Certified Serv-Safe instructor, and a leading Hospitality Technology Expert, having trained and implemented some of the most prominent systems in the industry.

Allison Stevens

Allison is a North Carolina native with extensive experience in the Hospitality Industry; ranging from culinary and nutritional menu development and implementation to Bar and libation innovations. She has been in Food Service operations with many Brands and brings the experience and perspective that those systems have to offer. As a Serv-Safe Certified Instructor and Proctor, and NC ABC Certification Trainer, Allison takes pride in teaching the foundations that keeps restaurants, their team and their guests safe. As
a Project Coordinator, she keeps the communication lines clear and efficient between Vendors, Contractors, and Design Professionals.
